About
Renovation and construction for New Jersey properties
MN Construction works with homeowners, landlords, property managers and commercial clients on exterior improvements, interior renovations and property updates.
What we do
Our work spans the outside of a building — roofing, siding, exterior carpentry, concrete, masonry and entry steps — and the inside: kitchens, bathrooms, closets, primary suites, flooring and coordinated whole-home renovations. For commercial and investment properties, we renovate offices, retail interiors, multifamily common areas and rental units.
We keep our scope focused on renovation. We do not take on specialist industrial or high-rise construction, and when part of a project needs a licensed specialty trade or a design professional, we say so.
How we approach a project
Most renovation problems start with unclear expectations. So we start by listening: what you want to change, how the space is used, what your timing and budget constraints are, and what you are worried about. Then we look at existing conditions and put a proposed scope in writing.
If you are comparing options — repair or replace, keep the layout or change it, do everything now or in phases — we will lay out the trade-offs plainly so you can decide.
See the services pages for typical scope and cost factors, or read our FAQ.

Working together
What you can expect from us
Straight answers on scope
We explain what we think a project needs and why — including when a smaller repair is the better option.
Everything important in writing
Scope, price, schedule assumptions and changes are documented before work proceeds, so expectations stay aligned.
Attention to what’s hidden
Waterproofing, flashing, framing, subfloors and bases get the same care as finishes, because they decide how long the work lasts.
Respect for occupied spaces
Homes, rentals and businesses stay in use during many projects. We plan protection, access and cleanup accordingly.
